My Story

"...I loved my shorty to death but she left me, broken hearted like Brandy, left me for Andy, claiming she couldn't stand me, Damn Girl!..."-Astar of XtraPhat

When the idea of first setting up a web page first occurred to me I was like, "what the... am I going to talk about in the biography?" then I started thinking about all the things I've done, seen and experienced in life. That was it!

PROBLEM! There is just too much to talk about. Too many things I've done, mad Krazy things I've seen happen and too many unforgettable experiences to name. So I decided to name everyone I've know (that I can remember). I may not have talked to you for the past 10 years, some of the people I've know have moved on to the after life while some of you I talk to on a daily basis. But it's that's life... which is all a part of growing... and growth not only teaches lessons in life, but it also leaves a trail of memories. Memories are priceless, unchangeable and unforgettable. Memories are FOREVER.

Ok where do I start? My name is Richard Njau and I was born on 5th December 1981, or so I am told by my two loving parents (mummy and daddy). I have 2 sisters Kimberly Shiru Njau and Melanie Nyambura  Njau. I also have 2 bitches Stella Njau and Fluff Njau and one biatch Snowy Njau.

I stated school around 1985 and attended Baptist kindergarten. The only memory I have of this period was being sent to school in order to catch the mumps from my classmates. I can also remember a guy named Peter who shitted on himself daily. Peter if you reading this man you sure could "Drop it like it's HOT!!!!!"

I then changed school and moved to Kilimani Junior Academy (KJA). I meet quite a couple of people while in KJA who I would later meet in life... and not recognize!

January 1990... also know as the beginning of my life. I think my parents had  had it with me and decided to send me to a boarding school all the way in SHAGS!! Mount Kenya Academy all the way in Nyeri. Here I would make my first true friends and be introduced to the female species at a whole new perspective. My best buddy at the time and still one of my best friends... the golf maniac, super flyboy Theuri Gatonye.  Other buddies include Evanson, Luwanga, Dennis, Gupreet, Brian, Tony, Erastus, Cecilia, Jacob, KK, David, Bob, Makena, Nigel, Anjal, Sachin, the Immonje's, Edgar, Ikeda, Isiaho, Lillian, Toral, Amardeep, Sylvia, Miriam, Anne, Joy, Winnie, Anthony, Gachanja, Munene, Kibet, Martin, Steve... I spent a good 6 years at MKA from there it was off to England.

1995 England... man! The interlude in my life. The experience I had here was a totally change. From doing mathematical calculations in my head to calculators. From small time bashes where I would be too shy to ask a girl to dance, to being asked to dance on an ice-skating ring. From being in a school with only one white student to being one of 4 black students in a school. I attended Holyfield High School where I meet a number of peeps. My 4 closest pals were, Vincent de Vos, John Macauldy, John Beningard and Steven Goldsmith. All my other pals who couldn't pronounce my surname "Njau" (most of them called me "Na-Njau") include Richard, Richard, Steve, Steve, Simon, Simon, Adam, Adam, Martin, Robert, Rebecca, Jamie, David, Jim, Kibong, Wesley ...

Braeside School (Kenya). Yup I was back in the motherland but all alone, now living with my new family. My uncle (David Mambo) and aunty (Rose Mambo) and there 2 children (Kris and Dre). My elder cousin whom I consider my brother was also living with us (Richard a.k.a. Senior). Oh yah... I can't forget their 2 biatches (Maisha and Pepsi).

In Braeside I was reunited with my best buddy, Theuri. I also made a lot of friends at Braeside whom I still to this day consider very close biddies. Karani, Gitura, Mwangi and David. But I can't mention Braeside without mentioning these people, Neccha, Yatich, Putney, Carol, Jamal, Olav, Shiru, Trishma, James, Alex,  Ngato, Kathrima, Soila, Karen, Joel, Gitta... I also meet the best headmaster I've ever had at Braeside, Mr. Williams It's also at this point in life that the word "night life" took a whole new meaning... The Barn, Zigzag, Jakays, and the rest all became my second home.

1998... Braeburn High School (A-levels). The REAL life!! In all my years, I had one of my best times at Braeburn.
